Eagles set to return for Burnley

Burnley boss Brian Laws could be boosted by the return of winger Chris Eagles for the trip to Barnsley.

Eagles has missed the last two games with a back problem but looks set to feature. Striker Martin Paterson could also be set for a return as he bids to shake off a troublesome thigh problem which has kept him out for four games.

Left-back Danny Fox is working his way back to fitness after an ankle injury which has also sidelined him for four games. Yet Brian Easton has proved a capable deputy in Fox`s absence and goalkeeper Brian Jensen, who this week handed in a transfer request, is again poised to play understudy to Lee Grant.
