Eagles focused on football
Burnley winger Chris Eagles admits his future remains uncertain but is happy to focus on hitting top form on the pitch.
Eagles, who recently turned down a move to Rangers, again shone for the Clarets` in Thursday`s rout of Home United in Singapore, scoring once and contributing to a second successive 5-0 victory.
The former Manchester United winger told the club`s official website: "Obviously everyone can see in the papers what is going on, but I am not sure what is happening.
"I am just concentrating on doing my very best for the club and I am pleased with my form and fitness.
"Obviously coming back from the summer you don't know what kind if fitness you are going to be in, but I have worked very hard and kept myself in shape in America and I want to get off to a flyer when the season starts."
