Burnley winger Chris Eagles would like to face old club Manchester United in the Carling Cup but admits winning promotion is the priority this season. The Clarets reached the fourth round of the competition by dumping Bolton out on Tuesday with a 1-0 win, encouraging hopes of a showdown with Eagles' old club. Yet Eagles accepts making an immediate return to the Barclays Premier League is the main objective at Turf Moor. On the prospect of being drawn to play United, the former Old Trafford trainee said: "It would be a good draw because they are a special club to me. "But our main aim is to get back up to the Premier League. That is what we have to concentrate on."
