Duff: Burnley are not done yet.

Michael Duff says Burnley are ready to fight for promotion after giving themselves new hope of securing a return to the top flight. The Clarets are just two points off the play-off places with four matches remaining in the npower Championship and they are aiming for a strong finish after recovering from a run of five defeats in six. An important win against fellow play-off competitors Swansea and a 3-1 win over Middlesbrough in midweek has given defender Duff new belief in Burnley's bid to finish in the top six. Burnley go into the crucial Easter weekend with renewed confidence but Duff, who was part of the team promoted two years ago, has insisted the team take it one game at a time and not get too far ahead of themselves, He told the Lancashire Telegraph: "We have that fighting spirit, people who won't just give in basically. We want to be successful and achieve things, and while we're a way off doing that, we've given ourselves a chance. "It's going to be hard, but two games ago people gave us no chance. If we can win four, it would be interesting to see where we finish."
