Dons take a look at defender
urnley defender Kevin Long has linked up with MK Dons with a view to signing a possible loan deal with the League One side.[LNB] The 19-year-old joined the Clarets from Cork City in January on a three-and-a-half year deal, but has struggled to break into the first team.[LNB]Carlisle have also expressed an interest in the central defender and Long could also appear for the Cumbrians before opting for a loan move.[LNB]Burnley manager Brian Laws told his club's official website: "This is an ideal opportunity to get Kevin some first team experience and MK Dons are going to have a good look at him.[LNB]"Carlisle will also be having a look and hopefully we can get Kevin sorted out with a loan deal that will benefit everyone."
