Coyle still a big Nugent fan

Burnley boss Owen Coyle is still keen to sign loanee David Nugent on a permanent basis, despite the striker having struggled to make an impact at Turf Moor.
The 24-year-old one-time England international has scored twice in nine outings for the Clarets since his arrival from Portsmouth, with six of his appearances having come as a substitute.
Coyle told the club's official website: "David Nugent is a top-class player and if I could get him in permanently tomorrow I would love to do it.
"He's probably similar to one or two others in that he's a bit frustrated right now because of the style and the system of play and Steven Fletcher is up there and playing out of skin at the moment.
"But that's what we want, competition for places."
Nugent made his name in the north-west with Bury and Preston North End, before joining Pompey in the summer of 2007.
