Coyle's existing deal runs until the summer of 2011 but the highly-rated Scot, who arrived at Turf Moor from St Johnstone in November 2007, has been rewarded with a deal which takes him through to at least 2012.[LNB]Having guided the Clarets to the brink of clinching a play-off spot, and presiding over a stunning run to the Carling Cup semi-finals, Coyle has won great admiration from operations director Brendan Flood and chairman Barry Kilby.[LNB]Coyle said: "I sat with Brendan and the chairman a week ago and I think more or less we are thereabouts in principle.[LNB]"There are certain things that motivate me and I want to fulfil the project I came here to do and the plan I have in place.[LNB]"That was the biggest thing for me. Wherever I have been I have never been motivated by money."[LNB][LNB]
