The trio all picked up knocks during the 1-0 win over Blackpool in midweek, but Coyle said: "Brian Jensen I expect to be fine.
"Kevin McDonald and Martin Paterson took knocks the other night similar to Brian, but they should all be okay for Sunday."
Their availability is a major boost to the Clarets as Michael Duff is suspended and on-loan Middlesbrough youngster Rhys Williams is ineligible as the Teessiders do not want him cup-tied.
