Coyle: Clarets are coming good

26 March 2009 12:46
The Clarets were thumped 4-1 at Sheffield Wednesday on the opening day and lost 3-0 at home to Ipswich the following week. The next two games saw them collect just two points before they won at the fifth time of asking with a 2-1 win at Nottingham Forest to kickstart their Championship campaign. Burnley currently lie fifth in the table, and Coyle said: "What happened in August and September counts for nothing. "It's now when you have to get those points and gain a bit of momentum and look to push on at the right time. Hopefully we're doing all those things."
