Burnley boss Steve Cotterill has revealed his frustration at missing out on some of his summer transfer targets.
Cotterill has already missed out on the signing of one mystery striker since the end of the last campaign and now fears a second target could slip through his fingers.
The Clarets chief has launched a bid to sign Poland striker Marek Saganowski, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Championship rivals Southampton.
"I have shown an interest in Saganowski," Cotterill told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.
"That might be a bit more difficult than the one I've just lost out to the Premier League in really.
"I'm having to exercise patience at the moment, and patience is something that I don't really have a lot of."
