Cort extends Preston loan spell

Burnley defender Leon Cort has extended his loan spell at local rivals Preston North End until the end of the season.The 31-year-old joined the Lilywhites on loan in November and has made five Championship starts so far. He only joined Burnley in January 2010 from Stoke City and made 20 appearances for them before moving to their Lancashire rivals.
