The talented forward signed from Royal Racing FC Montegnee in January but delays over his international clearance have only just been negotiated.[LNB]Lazaar, who turned 17 earlier this month, has been training with the Clarets' youth team since January but has been left frustrated as he waited for the necessary paper work to come through.[LNB]He has signed a deal with the club until the end of the 2010/11 season, which will see him sign professional forms before the end of the current season.[LNB]Lazaar came through the youth ranks of Gent and Standard Liege before going on trial with Manchester City a year ago, where he was offered a contract, but City could not agree a deal with his club Royal Racing FC Montegnee.[LNB]He is now looking to play as many games as possible for the youth team and possibly the reserves, to make up for lost time and also to get back into the U17 team in Belgium.[LNB]Lazaar, who speaks very good English, told skysports.com: "I've really enjoyed English football so far and Burnley have made me feel very welcome and at home.[LNB]"I'm just looking forward to playing competitive matches for Burnley and hopefully returning to the Belgium team as soon as possible."[LNB][LNB]
