urnley are lining up a bid to sign Derby striker Rob Hulse over the summer, according to reports on Sky Sports News.[LNB] Hulse joined Derby two years ago from Sheffield United and he scored 12 goals in 37 Championship appearances during the past season.[LNB]However, his future at Pride Park was the source of much debate throughout the campaign after he turned down a move to Middlesbrough before the close of the summer transfer window.[LNB]The 30-year-old was subsequently linked with Wolves and now appears to have popped up on the radar of Burnley, who are preparing for life back in the Championship.[LNB]Clarets boss Brian Laws is keen to put his own stamp on the squad after taking over in January and is weighing up an approach for Hulse.[LNB]With speculation linking Steven Fletcher with a transfer away from Turf Moor, former Crewe Alexandra youngster Hulse could be perceived as a possible replacement for the Scotland international.
