Burnley manager Brian Laws believes the pre-season tour of Singapore will help to raise the club's profile in south-east Asia and beyond. The Clarets have embarked on their first trip to Singapore, where they will play three games, and Laws reckons the tour will boost the club in many ways. "We can do a lot of work with them and have some bonding sessions so it should be a great week," said Laws. "We are also opening ourselves up to another market and I think it's great for Burnley Football Club to be going to Singapore. "Our image will be spread all over and it's important for the football club that we don't just look on our doorstep, we can look globally and encourage new investment."
