Clarets hopeful over Cork

Burnley remain hopeful of having Jack Cork back sooner rather than later as they look to reignite their play-off charge. The on-loan Chelsea youngster, 21, is at Stamford Bridge undergoing medical tests after suffering heart palpitations while on England international duty in Preston last Monday. Cork duly missed Saturday`s 2-1 defeat to Ipswich and will only return to Turf Moor when it is considered safe to do so. Clarets boss Eddie Howe told the club`s official website: "I am in contact with Chelsea about Jack just to see how things are and how the land lies."
