urnley's plans to redevelop the David Fishwick Stand at Turf Moor have suffered a setback and have been put on hold for at least another year.[LNB] The Clarets originally unveiled proposals for a new 2,500 capacity stand at the Cricket Field End in the summer of 2007 but the dire financial climate caused the project to be postponed.[LNB]Promotion to the Premier League brought the £15million redevelopment back into focus with chief executive Paul Fletcher saying in April the club hoped the stand would be ready for the start of the 2011/12 season.[LNB]But with the side dropping back into the Championship and despite the financial recovery, talk of another recession mean the plans have again been delayed.[LNB]Fletcher told the Lancashire Telegraph: "As everyone is aware the banks aren't lending money at the moment as they talk about a double dip recession and possibly the second dip is still to come.[LNB]"We still talk about the plans at every board meeting and it is still high on the agenda but it is not essential at the moment. I'm still hopeful, though, that within the next 12 or 18 months we will be able to make an announcement on it."
