The Clarets were running the risk of seeing what had been a prosperous season turn sour after suffering a run of five straight league defeats but they have collected four points from two matches and knocked Premier League strugglers West Brom out of the FA Cup.[LNB]Paterson claimed his 17th goal of the season in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Birmingham, a result which the Northern Ireland international felt reaffirmed his side's promotion pedigree.[LNB]"I just feel we've had a blip and now I think we are starting to peak again," said Paterson.[LNB]"We're right there, in and around the play-offs, and I think we need to have a big push now and try to cement ourselves in there again."[LNB][LNB]
