Plymouth assistant John Carver has turned down the opportunity of working as first-team coach under new Burnley boss Brian Laws at Turf Moor.Carver, 44, who has also worked at Newcastle, Leeds, Luton and Toronto FC, rejected the offer out of loyalty to Plymouth head coach Paul Mariner.
