Carlisle eyeing Clarets improvement

"But with each goal there were two, three or four people who could have done something different. "You defend as a team but our strikers and midfield put in a fair shift. As a defensive four we must do our job. "You strive throughout your career to play at this level and you need to make sure that when you get here you give a good account of yourself. "We have to be at peak performance every week."
