Carlisle talks up Clarets spirit

Carlisle was outstanding as the Clarets won 2-1 at Plymouth on Saturday to claim their fourth win in five unbeaten games and enhance their play-off hopes. Owen Coyle's men held off second-half pressure from Arygle before clinching victory through Robbie Blake's superb 78th-minute strike from 20 yards. Carlisle said: "At half-time we agreed that if we had any aspirations of being successful these are the sort of games that we need to take three points from. "It took us seven hours to get down there and we might have all been feeling tired, but we had to dig in. "It was a moment of inspiration from Robbie Blake that won it and we almost take him for granted, but we can't."
