Burnley dismiss Laws exit claims

Struggling Burnley have dismissed newspaper reports that they are planning to replace manager Brian Laws.In a statement on the club website, chairman Barry Kilby described the story as "ludicrous, irresponsible, damaging and inaccurate". Laws, 48, was appointed as Owen Coyle's successor in mid-January, but the team have won only one of 11 games since.
