Clarets in rude health

Burnley boss Sean Dyche is again expected to select from an unchanged squad when fellow promotion-chasers Wigan visit Turf Moor.

The Clarets can secure promotion back to the Barclays Premier League if they beat the Latics and Derby slip up at home to relegation-threatened Barnsley.

Should Derby emerge victorious, then Burnley's return to the top flight will once again be delayed irrespective of their result.

Striker Sam Vokes is the only player on the Clarets' injury list after a cruciate ligament injury last month spelled the end for his season.

Wigan midfielder Roger Espinoza is expected to keep his place after making a surprise comeback in Friday's home win against Reading.

Espinoza won special praise from boss Uwe Rosler for making an instant impact following a five-week lay-off with a hernia problem.

Goalkeeper Ali Al Habsi replaced Scott Carson against the Royals and Rosler must decide who to start with, while defender Rob Kiernan is pushing for a recall.

Midfielders Ben Watson (broken leg) and Chris McCann (knee) remain long-term absentees as the Latics bid to consolidate their play-off place.
