Team news ahead of Saturday afternoon's Championship clash between Burnley and Reading at Turf Moor.[LNB] Burnley will check on the fitness of defender David Edgar ahead of the game.[LNB]Edgar only returned from international duty with Canada on Thursday after playing in his country's 0-0 draw with Puerto Rico on Tuesday evening and following a lengthy flight, he will be assessed by the club's medical staff.[LNB]Despite the international break, none of Burnley's four major injury problems have been able to recover enough to be involved against the Royals.[LNB]Striker Martin Paterson and defender Michael Duff have returned to training following respective thigh and knee injuries, but they are not yet in a position to be considered for selection.[LNB]The road to recovery is a longer one for goalkeeper Brian Jensen (groin) and attacker Danny Ings (knee), though, and they are still some way away from fitness.[LNB]Reading are hopeful winger Jimmy Kebe will be fit for the game.[LNB]The Malian hobbled off during the Royals 2-0 victory over Doncaster on September 17 and has not featured for the club since.[LNB]But Kebe was due back in training on Thursday and manager Brian McDermott could include him in his squad to travel to Lancashire.[LNB]However, goalkeeper Alex McCarthy - who has established himself as Reading's number two stopper recently - has taken a knock in training and may not be fit to take his place on the bench.[LNB]Midfielder Jordan Obita has recovered from injury during the international break and could feature.[LNB]Reading are looking to extend their unbeaten run in the Championship to four games at Turf Moor.
