Marney in Clarets frame
Dean Marney comes back into the reckoning for Sky Bet Championship leaders Burnley as they prepare to host Reading.
Marney missed the 2-0 win at Doncaster in midweek which saw the Clarets go top of the table through suspension but he is likely to go straight back into the team on Saturday, probably at the expense of David Edgar.
After seven victories in the last eight matches, manager Sean Dyche is unlikely to make many more changes.
Ross Wallace remains sidelined with the knee injury that has kept him out since the middle of August.
Reading will check on Royston Drenthe and Danny Williams.
Winger Drenthe and midfielder Williams, two of boss Nigel Adkins' summer signings, missed Tuesday night's draw at Barnsley with foot injuries but could be available at Turf Moor.
Adkins has no new injury concerns following the Oakwell trip but remains without Jem Karacan, who had surgery on his cruciate ligament injury this week.
Fellow midfielder Mikele Leigertwood is back in training after a summer ankle operation but will not be risked yet while striker Jason Roberts is still out with a hip problem.
