Burnley have signed Hamilton defender Brian Easton on a three-year deal for an initial fee of £350,000.Easton, 21, is boss Owen Coyle's fourth summer signing, following the arrivals of David Edgar and Tyrone Mears and record signing Steven Fletcher. One of Scotland's brightest prospects, Easton made his Hamilton debut aged 18 and went on to make 102 appearances. Hamilton manager Billy Reid said: "It's deserved and everybody at the club is delighted for him." Easton made his Scotland Under-21 debut against Northern Ireland last November and has also played for the Scotland B team. Reid admitted that Easton would be missed at Hamilton. "I am not going to say I'm disappointed," added Reid. "It's a dream for him, an opportunity for a young man from Kings Park to play in the Premiership. "We can replace Brian on the park, we have James Gibson who can come in. But Brian was a fantastic character, every morning he came in to his work with a smile on his face and that's what I will miss the most."
