This was, without doubt, Saturday's coupon buster, the banker home win that went wrong for the league leaders who had not dropped a single point all season at the Cardiff City Stadium. That was ten wins out of ten with 21 goals scored and just five conceded.
No one in their right mind would have backed Peterborough, probably not even that wonderful trio who run their club - Darragh McAnthony, Barry Fry and Darren Ferguson - but goals from Michael Bostwick and Dwight Gayle, who is on loan from Dagenham & Redbridge secured the points.
It would have taken them off the bottom of the league too had next to bottom Sheffield Wednesday not won. They and Barnsley, the other club currently in the relegation positions, met at Oakwell but it was Wednesday, with just their second away win of the season, who came out on top.
That was some sort of relief for Wednesday who had lost each of their previous seven games and good luck to Charlton who play them this coming Saturday. When Wednesday have won previously this season they've made it two out of two by winning the next one.
So the bottom three don't change and neither do the top two. Crystal Palace remain second after drawing at Birmingham and that's made things a lot closer with both Middlesbrough and Hull now only a point behind the second place club.
Hull beat Huddersfield but it wasn't an afternoon without controversy. It might not have had a Shawcross v Fellaini bout but it did have a Bruce Lee type battle.
Bruce was both Hull manager Steve and his son Alex whilst Lee was former Claret Alan Lee. It was reported that Lee struck Alex Bruce in the face with his forearm, that Bruce reacted after the final whistle by pushing Lee in the chest that saw the Huddersfield striker go down and the Hull defender sent off by referee Howard Webb.
Dad Steve wasn't happy. "We are appealing his red, you can understand why. I knew there must have been something in it for him to react like that.
"I thought it was cowardly by Alan Lee. I thought more of him. I have had a pint of Guinness with him, I have played his guitar and I thought more of him. Cheat is the right word for him, I don't use that word lightly but that's the right word for him. He's 15-and-a-half-stone and he went down like that."
Lee himself said: "I put my arm up to protect myself, but if I caught him it was his fault. Why was he trying to run across me? I'm not trying to close him down. I will probably get punished by the FA - it's me isn't it? It will definitely be my fault."
Millwall have sneaked back in to the top six at the expense of Watford. As we held the Italian franchise to a draw, Millwall beat Leicester who are in fifth place and make up the play off positions with the other three.
It's all so tight in the table and it is good to be able to see our local rivals Blackburn below us. Agent Berg engineered a 2-0 defeat at Blackpool, this coming just days after the big news that Colin Hendry had been promoted from first team coach to assistant reserve team coach. Shabby Shebby didn't feel the need for a crisis meeting this week.
