Baraclough is latest departure
Scunthorpe's Ian Baraclough is the latest Championship manager to be shown the door, losing his job after last night's 3-0 home defeat to Preston North End. Baraclough stepped up earlier this season when Nigel Adkins moved to Southampton having turned down offer of a role at Southampton to remain at Scunthorpe.However, results have not been good and after last night's heavy home defeat he was relieved of his duties. Coaches Steve Parkin and Kevin Pressman have also left the club.Scunthorpe, who will confirm a caretaker manager later today, become the 22nd club to change manager in 2011.
