Anderson blow rocks Clarets

On-loan Burnley defender Russell Anderson is set to miss the rest of the season due to knee ligament damage.
The 29-year-old Scotland international suffered the injury in the 1-0 Carling Cup third round win over Fulham on Tuesday evening.
Anderson had joined the Clarets on a season-long loan deal from Sunderland, but made just five appearances before being stricken by his knee problems.
He joined the Black Cats in the summer of 2007 from Aberdeen, but made only two appearances for Roy Keane's side before being loaned out to Plymouth Argyle for the second half of last season.
