Alexander keen to chop down Forest

urnley midfielder Graham Alexander insists the season opener at home to Nottingham Forest is a match to "get the blood pumping".[LNB] The Clarets were relegated after just one year in the top flight last season but hopes are high in Lancashire that Brian Laws' men can mount a serious challenge to return at the first attempt.[LNB]They face a stern test against Billy Davies' side at Turf Moor on Saturday August 7, but Alexander said: "It's a great game to start with.[LNB]"It's a tough one but it gets the blood pumping and I am sure the atmosphere inside Turf Moor will be fantastic and I'm looking forward to it.[LNB]"If we start the season well it should be good. We know it's going to be hard but we will have our minds screwed onto it."
