Alexander in Howe's plans
urnley manager Eddie Howe insists club captain Graham Alexander will remain part of his plans for next season.[LNB] The former Scotland international, who turns 40 in October, had been linked with a move into coaching or management this summer.[LNB]Howe told BBC Radio Lancashire: "As it stands now Graham will be with us for pre-season and next year.[LNB]"He's contracted to us for another season. We all know how highly he is thought of.[LNB]"I know he was frustrated a little bit by a lack of football towards the end of last season, but he had a very good season when you consider he made his 1,000th appearance, which was a fantastic achievement."[LNB]
