Bristol Rovers first-team coach Paul Trollope admitted his side rode their luck but would enjoy being in the hat for the FA Cup quarter-final draw after dumping Southampton out.
Rickie Lambert's late deflected free-kick secured a 1-0 win for the League One club against Championship opposition on Saturday.
"It's a big achievement to get into the quarter-finals," admitted Trollope.
"We were very pleased with the first half even if we didn't quite create the opportunities I would have liked.
"We limited them to a few half-chances and defended as a team when we had to and got a bit of fortune at the end there.
"There's not many times in the lower leagues that you get as far as this so I have told the players to enjoy it.
"Every penny helps for a club like this. We want to move into a new stadium and all this money will help.
"As a player, I got to the quarter-finals with Derby and we lost to a late Fabrizio Ravanelli goal for Middlesbrough so hopefully I can go one better this time."
