Trollope eyes improvement

Bristol Rovers head coach Paul Trollope has urged his players to learn from the mistakes and become more of a force in League One.
The Pirates won promotion last season but Trollope has been unhappy with several performances at the beginning of the new campaign.
On Tuesday night they conceded a last-gasp equaliser in a 1-1 draw with Southend and afterwards Trollope called for an improvement.
"We need to look at the situation seriously and we have to learn and learn quickly," he told the club's official website.
"When we are ahead in games we have to be able to finish them off.
"At the moment we're mid-table because that's where we deserve to be, but we know it could be a lot better.
"We now go into two away games after a disappointing home return and we know we need a good result against Brighton on Saturday.
"If we put in a good performance and get a result, then suddenly the world's a better place."
