Rovers hit by keeper injury blow

Bristol Rovers' pre-season preparations have been hit by an injury to on-loan goalkeeper Luke Daniels.The 22-year-old suffered a recurrence of a back problem during the warm-up before the friendly against his parent club, West Bromwich Albion. Daniels, signed from the Baggies on a season-long loan, was forced to miss the match, which Rovers lost 1-0.
