Robins seal deal for Pirates' Pipe

The 26-year-old started his career with Coventry and has won one cap for Wales. After leaving Coventry, Pipe made 141 appearances for Notts County before moving to Bristol Rovers in the summer of 2007. He has found opportunities hard to come by this season, though, and has not played since September 12.
