Bristol Rovers have completed the signing of David Pipe from Notts County. The versatile 23-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year deal at the Memorial Stadium. "We're trying to put together a squad that's capable of challenging next season and this signing, together with the addition of Joe Jacobson and Andy Williams, is a reflection of that," said Rovers' director of football Lennie Lawrence. "There will be no more run of the mill players at this football club. "The aim must be to get a group of players that could compete at the next level should we get promotion." Meanwhile, Aaron Lescott has put pen to paper on a new two-year deal with the club.
