Bristol Rovers have handed new contracts to midfielders Chris Lines and Ben Swallow.
Twenty-four-year-old Lines has agreed a new three-and-a-half year deal to stay at the Memorial Stadium and ease Pirates fans' fears that the player is set for a move away from the club, after attracting interest from clubs in the Championship.
Director of Football Lennie Lawrence told the club's official website: "Chris is a fundamental part of our plans to take this club forward.
"It was originally only going to be an 18-month contract, but we decided it was in everyone's best interests to make it a long-term deal, Chris was happy to commit his long-term future to this club."
Left-sided player Swallow, 20, has put pen-to-paper on a two-and-a-half year contract after producing a number of eye-catching displays this season.
