Youngster Blackman joins Robins

Bristol City have signed former Portsmouth defender Andre Blackman. The 18-year-old left-back started his career at Arsenal and then linked up with Tottenham before spending two seasons on the books at Pompey. Blackman has signed a two-year deal and will provide cover for first-choice left-back Jamie McAllister. When the Scotland international was injured last season, City were forced to fill the gap with midfielder Cole Skuse or centre-back Liam Fontaine. .... read more
