Bristol City midfielder Luke Wilkshire is happy to have started finding the net for the Robins, after taking 20 games to open his account for City.
The Australian, signed from Middlesbrough in the summer, has netted in his last two games, having made a slow start to life at Ashton Gate.
He told the Evening Post: "A lot of people say that when you get the monkey off your back, you'll go on to better things and it was nice getting the goals at last.
"I have had some great opportunities all season, only to be denied by goal-line clearances, a post or a good save.
"I would happily have gone all season without scoring if we were to win promotion."
