Bristol City have secured the services of promising youngster Tristan Plummer after agreeing a two-year professional contract with the England Under-17 international.
The teenage forward was part of the England side that lost the final of the UEFA Championship earlier in the month.
"It's a relief to get Tristan signed up, as we've been talking about it since he turned 17 in January," City chairman Steve Lansdown told the club's official website.
"He was a little bit nervous about committing himself at the time. He wanted to make sure it was the right move and take the appropriate advice, which he has done.
"I'm pleased the advice he has been given is that Bristol City is the place for him and I'm delighted he has now signed."
