Robins boss keen to keep Iwelumo

Iwelumo is set to play his last game for the Robins in Saturday's trip to Reading as his month-long spell nears an end. But Johnson, who saw the striker bag the winner in the midweek triumph over Crystal Palace, will speak to Wolves counterpart Mick McCarthy regarding an extension to the 31-year-old's deal. "I'm in dialogue with Mick McCarthy, let's say that," Johnson told the club's official website. "Chris' loan deal doesn't end until after the Reading game anyway. "We've had a chat about a few variables and I'm happy with that. We've promised to speak to each other again on Sunday morning. "We really can't discuss anything more until after the Reading game."
