Noble completes Robins switch

Bristol City have confirmed the permanent signing of David Noble from Boston United after the loan star finally penned a two-and-a-half year contract.

City boss Gary Johnson agreed the deal earlier in the week but had to wait for it to be rubberstamped.

Noble has impressed during his eight games for the club and the 23-year-old is now delighted to have arrived on a permanent basis.

"When I first came here, I knew the club's potential but the lads were a bit down because they were on such a bad run," Noble revealed.

"But since then, the atmosphere has been transformed."
