Myrie-Williams leaves Robins

Bristol City have parted company with David Noble and Jennison Myrie-Williams, while on-loan Southampton striker Stern John has also left Ashton Gate.

However, the Robins are in discussions with Izzy Iriekpen about the possibility of the former Swansea City and Scunthorpe United defender staying at the club.

"We've liked what we've seen from Izzy," said manager Gary Johnson. "We're talking to him about a deal, and he'll have to pass a stringent medical."

Frankie Artus, Tristan Plummer, Brian Wilson and Stephen Henderson have already been offered new terms at the club.
