Murray faces race to be fit

Bristol City winger Scott Murray is struggling to be fit for Saturday's relegation six-pointer against Yeovil Town at Ashton Gate.

The 31-year-old had to be substituted at half-time in the weekend defeat at Rotherham United after picking up a knee injury.

"It seems I've done something to a lateral ligament," he told the Robins' official website.

"At the time I thought it was worse than that so there's some good news

"I clashed knees with Paul Shaw after picking up a clearance from Adriano Basso and setting off on a run.

"It was very painful at the time and after the match. Now, although there is still some swelling, it has settled down. I'm not sure yet how bad it is."
