Millen to turn to youth
Bristol City boss Keith Millen is prepared to call on the youngsters if the first-team players take their foot off the gas in the remaining games of the season. The Robins have four matches left and, despite flirting with relegation at one stage, they look set for a mid-table finish. However, they have managed just one point from their last three fixtures and Millen may look to give academy duo Joe Edwards and James Wilson the opportunity to impress. Both have been named on the bench in recent weeks and Millen admitted they could be considered for the run-in."If I feel they are ready, then of course I will consider them," he told the Evening Post. "Joe Edwards has been on the bench quite a lot recently and made his debut at Preston in February. He is ready if needed."James Wilson has been out for a very long time through injury but is back training now and has looked match-fit in the last couple of reserve games. I would like to get those two a little bit more involved before the end of the season. If the players who have the shirts at present are not performing, I will have no concerns about putting the young lads in there."
