Millen relishing Newcastle showdown

Millen will charge of the first team against Newcastle folllowing Gary Johnson's departure and he feels the players can benefit from a new start as the season reaches its climax. "It's the perfect game to have really," he told the club's official website. "I need to turn around the atmosphere and attitude around this group of players. We have been very up and down this year and haven't had the consistency we want. "The players now have to take that responsibility for that and there can be no more excuses."
