Bristol City boss Gary Johnson believes hard work was the key to their come-from-behind 2-1 win over Charlton Athletic.
Dele Adebola's second-half double secured a third straight victory for the Robins after Tom Soares' opener had put the home side under pressure.
"In the end it was our great work-rate that won us the game," Johnson told the club's official website.
"We had numbers all over the pitch and looked as though we had 14 on the pitch due to that work-rate. You need that to keep yourselves in games at this level.
"It was a fantastic header by Dele for the first goal and he did marvellous to get on the end of the ball for the second goal. That's why we kept him here."
