Johnson delight at great advert
27 Nov 2006 - 09:46:29
Bristol City manager Gary Johnson claimed Sunday's goalless draw with fellow in-form side Swansea City 'was a good advert for League One football'.
Despite neither side managing to break the deadlock at the Liberty Stadium, the Robins chief waxed lyrical at the fnal whistle about the quality of the football.
"The defending from both sides was very good. We had chances but so did they and it was a quality game of football," he said.
"Both clubs wanted the three points, but we're happy we've got something from an entertaining game that could have ended 4-4.
"It was a great advert for League One and both sides will be there at the end of the season."
