City relief over duo

Bristol City duo Nicky Maynard and Danny Haynes do not require surgery after having their injuries assessed by a specialist.The two players were left behind as the club embarked on their pre-season tour of Sweden. Maynard has a knee injury while Haynes is nursing groin and thigh problems."The news is good - neither require surgery," City assistant boss Keith Millen told the club`s official website."They will just continue their rehabilitation back in England and we look forward to seeing them on our return."
