Bristol City have recalled in-form striker Steve Brooker from his loan spell at Cheltenham Town.
The Championship promotion-chasers recalled Brooker after he netted five times in his last six games during a two-month loan stint at Whaddon Road.
"The loan has been a good arrangement for everyone concerned," said Robins boss Gary Johnson.
"We are grateful to Cheltenham and they are grateful to us. Steve has put his injuries behind him and is clearly high in confidence right now.
"He has every chance of being in the squad for the Cardiff game (on Saturday).
"Steve is a quality player to have on board for the final seven matches. It is like a new signing for us."
