Argyle loan Sawyer to Ashton Gate

Bristol City have signed Plymouth defender Gary Sawyer in a loan deal until the end of the season.The 24-year-old, who is out of contract at Home Park this summer, has made 95 first team appearances for the Pilgrims since turning pro in 2002. City caretaker manager Keith Millen is seeking left back cover to deal with an injury crisis at Ashton Gate.
